Lakeview Images Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy: We pride ourselves in offering high quality personalized artwork to your complete satisfaction. We also understand that personalized artwork is truly in the eye of the beholder, but we are confident that you will be fully satisfied, or we will give your money back!

Returns: If your artwork has been shipped to you already, simply call us within 7 days of delivery to let us know that you will be returning it. As long as we hear from you, and then receive your returned artwork within 14 days of the original delivery date. We will refund you for the amount paid for the returned item, minus any shipping charges paid. Those shipping charges are not refundable if an order is returned.

Cancellations: If your artwork has not been shipped, and you don’t want to continue your artwork project with us, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

Damaged Items: once the materials are in possion of the shipper it is there responsibility to prevent damage. However, If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us, and we will be happy to replace your damaged artwork. We do not require damaged items to be returned. We will need you to provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can handle the claim process with our carrier properly.

Digital images: no refund is available once the image is accepted by the purchaser.
